Just as one project draws to a close and so another one starts.

Our master bedroom makeover is nearly at an end and so my focus has now shifted to our study / guest room.

As mentioned in my previous post about sofa beds (click here to get up to speed) this space needs to be multi-functional, it needs to function as a study, a guest bedroom and a second sitting room.

Once thing it was lacking was storage space.

I have been seeing these fabric buckets for sale everywhere, some requiring serious amounts of hard cash to buy.

So if you are a bit handy making your own might be the way to go.

And if you have spare or a particular favourite piece of fabric you could up-cycle, all the better 😉

Perfect for disguising a unsightly plant pot, holding craft supplies, make-up brushes, pens and all manner of bits and bobs.

These fabric storage buckets are a really great idea. I have seen them for sale in many stores in various fabrics, colours and sizes. But with making them yourself you can custom them to your own needs and tastes, beside which I am sure it would be a lot cheaper.

Ok so there is some sewing involved, but nothing too complicated!!!!
