Best Shop Finds – Tigmi Trading

So for this post I wanted to share with you a shop that I really love. It’s called Tigmi Trading and it’s based up in the Byron Bay area in New South Wales.

It sources some amazing pieces from Morocco and Turkey. Products include beautiful rugs and textural cushions, wedding blankets, towels and some fantastic bean bags.

The pieces would certainly add some texture and interest to a space, they are versatile in that they would make a statement in a neutral paired-back space or would be eye catching in a more modern bohemian look.

Not your average bean bag, now who wouldn’t want to laze around on this watching a movie or reading a book?? Perfect for a teenager’s bedroom!!!! What makes this so unusual is that the top is actually a Boucherouite rug.

‘Penny Lane’ Large Bean Bag – $695

Large and chunky blankets, get as accent pieces or for snuggling in to on chillier days. Hand-loomed in cotton and wool, they come in a generous 1.6m X 1.7m.

‘Artisan Project’ Moroccan Blanket – $395

I have my eye on this beautiful cushion. I even have a spot ready for it in my entryway on the little teak stool. I just love the colours and texture of this beauty. Gorgeous blues, reds and magentas.

‘Thinking Out Loud’ Turkish Kilim Cushion – $150

But it’s not just soft furnishings on offer, they do also have a few baskets, bags, brass bowls and even a Dead Sea mud soap available.

‘Nablus Dead Sea Mud Soap’ – $ 19.95

But don’t fret if you can’t make it up to Byron Bay!!! All products are available online and best yet, Tigmi Trading offer free Australian shipping.

Can’t argue with that!!!!
